HOW TO ENTER:
On an Official Entry Form, fill in your
name, age, address, city, state, zip, phone, and
e-mail address.
Place the completed entry into the entry
box.
RANDOM
DRAWINGS: Winners
will be selected in a random drawings on Sfrom among all eligible
entries received by the four Long Doggers
locations. Winner
will be announced at the at the restaurants and
notified by phone or mail.
Odds of winning will depend upon the number
of entries received.
You need not be present at the time of the
drawing.

PRIZES:
12 (Twelve) $100 Gift Certificates to
Longboard House Surf Shop.

GENERAL RULES:
Promotion will start on November 12st,
2011. Entries
will be received until the close of business on
December 19th, 2011.
Employees
of Long Doggers are NOT ELIGIBLE.
Winners may not substitute or transfer
prize. Prize
is not redeemable for cash.
All federal, state, and local taxes and
fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to
hold sponsor, its respective directors, officers,
employees and assigns, harmless against any and
all claims and liability arising out of
participation in sweepstakes or use, including
